Hi, I’m Katie
I didn’t feel well for most of my 20's. I am now a mother of 3 and when my babies started going down that same path, I said enough was enough.
My eyes opened to the power of healing when I discovered that food really is medicine. For me, this was a relief because I could control what groceries we bought. The decisions we made inside the home did matter. Our health wasn't out of our control. Eating nourishing whole foods helped and is a tremendous foundation of our health, but it wasn't quite enough.
I hired a functional nutritionist who put myself and son on iron, zinc and vitamin D. While we felt better at first, we eventually had more (and different) symptoms pop up. I have since discovered that our bodies are not meant to be bombarded with synthetic supplements.
I've seen it over and over again in lab work and client testimonials of how iron, for example, isn't solving their issues. It may help at first, but it certainly isn't solving the underlying problems in the body. Mother nature knows best and I teach women how to nourish their bodies with whole foods and supplements that aren't synthetic and made in a lab. When I began my training with minerals and the root cause protocol I learned invaluable information.
It's taken me 10+ years to discover what truly works and doesn’t on this journey to health and wellness. I now see the plan that God has for me, and I’m grateful that I feel better than I did in my 20's. I’ve combined every bit of my knowledge, along with an unwavering passion, to support other women on their own paths to feeling better. It’s my mission to guide you with compassion, understanding, and the expertise I’ve gained through experience.
We focus on the big picture: your mineral balance, chronic stress, and hormone regulation. Just as a whole foods diet alone isn’t always enough, simply taking supplements won’t address everything either. It’s essential to uncover the underlying stressors that have contributed to your complex symptoms. By looking at your health holistically, we can get to the root of the issue and support your overall well-being, rather than just addressing a small part of your life and health.
I'd love to hear your story!
